The electrical hazard rating combined with SJ Flex technology offers protection from electrical shocks and sharp objects, and as electrical hazard-rated footwear, it features a nonconductive outsole that serves as a secondary source of protection, reducing the potential for electric shocks under dry conditions. The metal-free puncture resistant SJ Flex material is lighter and more flexible than steel, is not thermal conductive, and covers 100% of the surface of the last bottom, making the shoe especially beneficial for professionals who pass through metal detectors multiple times a day.
