Honeywell Gent’s Manual Call Point (MCP) provides a reliable manual alarm interface for conventional fire alarm control panels, allowing occupants to quickly raise an alarm in the event of a fire. Supplied in the standard red housing, it’s available in semi-flush or surface mounting options to suit different installation requirements.

Each call point is fitted with a 470 Ohm resistor and normally open contact, complete with a glass element as standard. Both break glass and resettable operating elements can be used in the same unit — a yellow strip on the element becomes visible once activated, making it easy to identify a triggered device. The design features a unique plug-and-play installation concept with a dedicated terminal block for initial wiring, significantly reducing installation time on site.

Built from durable ABS plastic and fully compliant with EN54 Part 11, the call point is easy and safe to operate with no hammer required. For high-traffic or vandalism-prone areas such as sports halls, a stronger clear polycarbonate cover version is also available. A weatherproof (IP67) version extends suitability to outdoor or harsh environments, while standard indoor units carry an IP24D rating.
